We are looking for a Data Processing System Engineer Responsibility The following responsabilies are foreseen not limited to Followup on the ground segment facility suppliers activities Review of the data pack delivered for the reviews Support preparation of deliverables to other Contractors Participation in other Contractors reviews in the frame of PDR, CDR, acceptance of different version of ground segment Support for the Data pack for the OGS CDR and possibly other intermediate checkpoints Support of the relevant OGS and System activities Technical baseline engineering monitoring and update Tests and acceptance phases preparation Profile Mandatory skills University degree or equivalent in a discipline relevant to the job profile. At least 3 years relevant in preparation of requirements, design, interfaces and testing documentation for data processing systems for Earth Observation missions experience on data processing for high data rates missions will be considered an asset More than 4 years relevant experience with L1L2 processing software for Earth Observation missions, either for operationsmaintenance or specification and development. Demonstrated experience knowledge of the requirements engineering process, including relation between requirements, ICDs, design and testing documentation Demonstrated ability to learn and develop the needed skills and knowledge to contribute to the implementation of the service. This includes the ability to rapidly absorb, and make use of, information presented in written and oral communications in a dynamic context Demonstrated experience with UNIXLinux operating systems. Additional skills considering as an added value Knowledge of the IBM DOORS tool or an equivalent for requirements management Experience of validating complex remote sensing data processing systems Knowledge of ECSS and CCSDS standards Knowledge andor experience of quality control, instrument calibration and IVV.

We are looking for several System Engineers Profile Mandatory skills Experience in the field of Systems Engineering and architectural design for data processing systems, MMEs and ground segment systems Capability to prepare system requirements and design documents, and to perform systemlevel analyses for complex satellitebased systems. Experience of writing technical requirements preferably to ECSS standards. Experience of interface management and definition. Familiarity with mechanisms and tools for detailed interface definition. Capability to prepare and manage ICD. Use of modelling and design languages for System Engineering e.g. SysML and tools in support of architectural design activities e.g. Enterprise Architect Knowledge of space and ground system engineering processes, and system and software lifecycles and standards. Definition, management and traceability of requirements structure with the support of dedicated tools e.g. DOORS. Experience in Integration, Verification and Validation IVV of complex systems. Additional skills considering as an added value Full development cycle of large systems, from the definition of requirements to system design and testing Configuration Control processes and tools Familiarity with the ECSS standards. Responsibility Maintenance and evolution activities of the operational program, the tasks are not exhaustive Contribute to the System Requirements Definition process andor maintaining existing requirements baselines Contribute to the maintenance, for all the operational ground systems, of a complete and consistent set of System Technical Documentation and the baseline Contribute to the creation of System Engineering models of Ground Systems using an MBSE approach e.g. Enterprise Architect andor maintaining existing model baselines Perform technical analysis of system architecture and specification evolutions or major upgrades of the operational ground systems, for interfaces coherence and compatibility check with other ongoing developments Contribute to the IVV testing approach for major evolutions of the operational ground systems and contribute to the coordination of the installation, integration and verification of new systems into the operational infrastructure Contribute to the various OPS TSS Projects and associated reviews, as required, providing System Engineering contributions during the design phase and contribute actively to the definition of the IVV activities Contribute to the assessment of Engineering Tasks providing System Engineering expertise to CRBs and ARBs Contribute to the impact analysis of ICT evolutions in operational systems. Contribute to the analysis, investigations and resolution of system and ground segment level anomalies Provide expert inputs to EUMETSAT engineers on all related activities as requested Contribution to the OPS regular coordination processes as requested. For the development of new program, the tasks are Participate to the description of the system architecture and interfaces between external systems and the mission specific elements of the ground system including data processing systems and MMEs In coordination with the system and interface engineers of the future ground segment, ensure that the definition and documentation of new interfaces are compatible with the methodology used in Operations this includes the use of common templates for Interface Control Document and the use of the same tool for maintaining the interfaces data dictionary Provide support to the definition of the IVV approach for the future ground systems.

NOC Support Engineer, RF United States Manassas, Virginia The job responsibilities outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may evolve over time and be reviewed per business needs ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY As the Global Support Engineer I, RF you will be the first point of contact in the SES Global Services Network Operations team providing support to our customers both internally and externally. You are responsible for the technical fault resolution of RF infrastructure comprising of antennas and supporting equipment, and modems that cover the entire service path. You will work closely with Level2 RF Engineers to further develop and maintain enhancements in processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.
