Service Exploitation Engineer

Position Reference 015 You will have the opportunity to support the preparation and the execution of the OS Programme Service Exploitation Review SER. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive engineer who can coordinate the actions with the different GSA experts performance, System Engineers, Operations, RAMS, ILS and summarise the inputs to make sure the actions are followed up and there are continuous progress. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Participate to Service Exploitation Review SER at Operations and Programme levels Support the implementation of the actions taken during the SER, ensuring the proper flowdown in coordination with the relevant stakeholders project managers, contractors , including the participation to CCB and the Engineering Board as needed Analyse the OS services exploitation degradations versus the OS Service Definition Document and the status of the related root causes anomalies, work around, correction plan, obsolescence, ILS issue and system NonConformances Prepare and propose OS Service recovery plan for the Programme SER short term, midterm and long term Contribute to the Galileo OS service exploitation strategy for the next 6 months, considering the RAMS analysis, to be presented at the Programme SER Identify and analyse the OS Service Exploitations risks Support the Programme Service Exploitation reporting drafting and review Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Masters Degree in the relevant discipline. You have at least 2 years of relevant experience. You have experience in Service Provision and Project Management. You are fluent in English, written and spoken. You have a security clearance EU Secret. You are organised, dynamic and proactive with good communication and diplomatic skills both written and spoken The following skills would be highly desirable You have a previous Galileo experience.
