You are able to work independently The following skills would be highly desirable You are familiar with the ESOC environment You are familiar and have experience with Flight Dynamics operations engineering tasks You have experience with dealing with external interfaces You have experience with OracleSolaris andor Linux, network services and protocols, and system administration You are able to multitask efficiently working on multiple activities, multiple subsystems and if applicable multiple missions simultaneously. Job description For our customer, ESOC in Darmstadt, Germany, we are seeking for a Flight Dynamics Operations Engineer with the primary areas of responsibility being Orbit Determination, Prediction and Products Generation for Science Missions. Additionally, you may be requested to assume the responsibility and perform activities for other missions and activities within the scope of general Flight Dynamics operations engineering. Primary activities are related to EXOMARS RSP however potentially also related to MARS Express, GAIA, JUICE, Solar Orbiter, EXOMARS TGO and EUCLID. SPECIFIC TASKS The post holder will be responsible for the maintenance and development of software tools for managing a large number 350 of research and development activities over their whole life cycle, including Development and maintenance of TIAapplications that gather, analyse and present programmatic data associated with research and development activities contracts.
