PA and Safety Support Engineer

ASD Division of Altran Italia is looking for a PA and Safety Support Engineer for space projects. The candidate we are looking for will support the Product Assurance Safety Manager in all activities related to the execution of the ESA product assurance programs. Heshe will participate in activities related to the procurement tasks in particular, this will involve participation to the manufacturing, integration and test activities, e.g. Manufacturing Readiness Reviews, Mandatory Inspection Point, Test Readiness Reviews, Test Review Boards. HeShe will support and deputize the PAS manager to ensure the effective implementation and execution of the nonconformance identification. In addition, heshe will produce reports on project and review activities participating in progress meetings when needed. The project will take place in Netherlands. Your profile The ideal candidate has a Masters degree in Engineering, proficient in the English language, both written and spoken, and gained minimum 10 years of proven experience in the Space sector, including 5 years in Product and Quality Assurance. The candidate should have a good knowledge of Configuration management of complex systems and software engineering and PA in critical applications ECSS standards. Configuration Management or the implementation of Product Assurance within a quality system certified to ISO 9001 would be an asset.
