Main responsibilities The ideal candidate will concentrate herhis activities on the following Maintain and expand the capabilities of life test software system based on LabVIEW and Lua Maintain and expand the capabilities of life test monitoring software system based on C and Linux scripting Maintain and expand Data processing software based on Lua Visual Basic Maintain data archiving Perform and monitor life tests Maintain a comprehensive test data archive which can be accessed by test managers over the network Maintain up to date documentation of inhouse built software Assure software quality Software configuration management Preparation of the Investment and Maintenance Plans for Software, servers, workstations, laptops under the responsibility of the DivisionSections Procurement of COTS software, servers, test workstations, laboratory laptops with consultation with the head of divisionsections using the agencys purchasing system Managing software licensesservers maintenance contracts with outside organizations in consultation with the head of divisionsections Support TECEP laboratory software packages Maintain and expand TECEP wiki for knowledge management. Ideal candidate The ideal candidate should have the following skillsexperience Master in Computer Engineering or equivalent university degree from a recognised Institution of secondary studies At least 4 years of relevant experience after studies Experience in testing, scripting e.g. Lua, Unix Shell Scripts Experience in LabView and C Knowledge of product assurance.
