The Position We are looking for software engineers to migrate into the cloud an Air Traffic Control ATC project being deployed by our customer, the Deutsche Flugsicherung DFS. This project is an airspace monitoring system which has already been deployed at several client sites. In addition to migrating existing functionality, new cloud mechanisms will need to be developed. You will participate, contribute, think and be creative! QualificationsExperience A university degree in aerospace, informatics, mathematics or physics Sound experience of clouddeployed applications Mandatory skills Kafka is an absolute must Protobuf interchange format knowledge is needed for this role You should also bring Prometheus skills with you, this toolkit is used for monitoring and alerts The version control systems git is being employed Project makes use of the ticketing systems Jira and Trac Good command of the English and German languages Desirable skills The successful applicants would ideally offer Jenkins and Nexus Experience of designing software that is highly configurable would be great, as these systems are rolled out for various different clientssites You should be able to take responsibility for your work and be selfreliant. Position Reference 1028 We are currently looking for an EGNOS System Security Engineer to work for our Client in the city of Toulouse, France. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Contribute to the technical management of the system and segment infrastructure activities, with a particular focus on security aspects e.g. security risk treatment, accreditation, .... Support the follow up of the system definition, design, qualification and acceptance activities for the different EGNOS versions and service, in line with the security risk analysis, i.e. with a particular focus on the security measures and operational aspects. Support the security and technical analysis of the architecture and specifications for system and ground segment upgrades to ensure coherence and compliance with the security requirements and identify impacts on baseline security documentation. Monitor the system security status, following up anomaly resolution through the implementation of Work Arounds, fast fixes, midtermlong term correction. Contribute to the specification, design and follow up of such resolution to be implemented by industrial contracts. Contribute to the follow up the development of EGNOS V3 services from the system and infrastructure point of view. Represent the security service team in the system engineering processes and in the relevant boards as necessary including but not limited to Change Control Boards, Anomalyvulnerability Review Boards, Qualification Review Board, Acceptance Review Board, Tender Evaluation board. Support the EUSPA security management as needed. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Masters Degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in the System. To be organized, dynamic and proactive. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Eligibility for Security clearance EU Secret.
