ATG is one of the main providers of onsite IT services at the European Space Agency in all its locations across Europe. Job Description For our added value IT services, we are looking for a Quality Assurance IT Manager for our location in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, to join our IT Department in HQ and provide external support to our IT services. Tasks and Responsibilities Achieve and maintain the position as single contact point for common IT services Quality Assurance matters within ATG and towards the customers Increase the fidelity and the maturity of the Quality processes of ATG IT services Support ISO 27001 certification Grow into the main Point of Contact for ATG IT security Drive the Continuous Improvement process for internal and provided IT services Participate to ISO Audit processes as main PoC for all IT aspects. Requirements A Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or similar subject Minimum 5 years of previous experience in a coordination role for the Quality Assurance of the IT infrastructure Extensive experience more than 5 years with ServiceNow or similar Saas platforms previous experience with esanow is an asset Previous experience in an international organization is considered an asset In depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISOIEC2000012018 standards Knowledge of ISO 22301 and ISO 22313 is considered an asset Experience with Prince 2 or PMP and Agile methodologies for Project Management ITIL certification PM certification is considered an advantage Proactive and customerfocused mindset Work experience in an international environment is considered an advantage Willingness to occasionally work outside regular office hours and availability to go on business trips. Inside of the Operations Department we offer the following career option Service Level Manager Your Mission As a Service Level Manager you will be responsible for tracing of fulfilment of service obligation based on the contractual agreements with GfRs customer in the Galileo control center in Oberpfaffenhofen. You will assume the following duties Defining and accompanying service transitions due to changed requirements, changed targets for KPIs, etc. by close interaction with line managers of the project Identifying impacts on schedule, risks and cost Generating all required project reports, such as weekly, monthly and quarterly reports Generating and tracking of VCDs based on the applicable requirements of the contract Defining together with supply chain management contractual obligations for industrial subcontractors Close coordination with all internal and external IF for technical and managerial matters Support to change management by generating inputs to proposals or change requests for subcontractors, e.g. providing schedules, KPIs, etc. Support to improvement management processes by generating inputs to proposals etc. Coordination of majorminor milestones. Collecting and compiling data packs as well as following up RIDs from customer.
