Tasks and Activities You will be responsible for the management of activities devoted to the design and development of satellite communication systems and ground segment technology and products. The scope of work shall include Coordinate the initiation of activities related to technology and product design and development for the telecommunication ground segment. The Q-MultiflexTM is a point-to-multipoint system that provides a modulator and up to 16 demodulators in a single rack unit. This can greatly reduce the amount of hardware in SATCOM networks with a central hub and multiple remote locations. A variant of this system can allow as many as 100 demods for each modulator, making the eventual savings as a result of the decreased need of additional hardware even more dramatic.
