Spacecraft Operations Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities Providing Spacecraft Operations Engineer Services for the EXOMARS 2020 Mission not only includes being part of the nextgeneration search for life on the Martian surface but also responsibility for the service of Guidance, Navigation Control, Propulsion subsystems and Payload, and the support to the SOM in the Ground Segment System Test and Validation. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline Spacecraft subsystem knowledge AOCSGNCPropulsion systems Experience in Ground Segment development andor improvement activities in support of flight operations Experience in spacecraft operations Ability to interact with other teams supporting the operations preparation e.g. ground data systems Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage. Oppo launches operations in France

(Telecompaper) Chinese smartphone maker Oppo has confirmed its entry to the French market with the launch of a website announcing "We have arrived!". News of the company's expansion strategy in Europe emerged earlier this year, with reports that France, Spain and Italy could see direct sales starting in June. While the new French website so far has no smartphones on sale, more details are expected to emerge at a press conference taking place in Paris on 19 June, coinciding with the global launch of a new model, the Oppo Find X.

We are looking for a Copernicus Mission Control System Operations Engineer to work at EUMETSAT Darmstadt, Germany. Tasks The Contractor will provide operations services to the Copernicus Mission Control System Operations team For Copernicus Sentinel3 mission for routine Sentinel3A operations, as well as for the commissioning phase for Sentinel3B leading to the routine operations phase for the dual satellite system. Liaise and coordinate as required with the maintenance teams in support of engineering changes to the ground segment Liaise as required with the security teams in support of security related changes Participate in the operational validation of system upgrades and evolutions, both standalone and in the context of an overall ground segment.
