Specific Tasks The Work Package covers the provision of electrical, mechanical, civil and maintenance engineering support to the ECSAT Site Manager. It relates to management support of an outsourced performance based FM hard services contract covering the maintenance and operation of the ECSAT site, as well as support to small projects in the civil, mechanical and electrical domains. The Work Package covers the following activities, but not limited to Supervision, review and quality control of the annual preventive maintenance plan as prepared and performed by the outsource Maintenance Company operation on site Supervision and quality control of the preventive and corrective maintenance activities performed by contractor companies on site, and assessing the quality of the performed works against the agreed quality levels Provision of support for the project management related to the Facilities Management domain 1. Preparation of the technical description of the work to be performed 2. Launching the procurement process via tender or purchase in collaboration with the procurementcontract team in ESA 3. Support to the bid evaluation and negotiation 4. Technical, Financial and timeline monitoring of the implementation phase Active support to the investigation and analysis of technical failures, identification of corresponding technical solutions and participation to the quality control of the implemented remedial actions. Support to rollout of the ECSAT CIFM database and upkeep of the data Adhoc support to ECSAT Site Manager Requirements Master Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience Specific Competence Requirements. Under the direct authority of the Lead of the Strategy and Innovation Team, the Innovation Manager is responsible for developing and managing assigned commercial partnerships and implementing actions aimed at promoting commercialisation of elements of the European Space Exploration Envelope Programme. The specific duties of the Innovation Manager include for assigned commercial partnerships 1. During the commercial partnership development phase Supporting the implementation of the endtoend process for soliciting, maturing and evaluating the commercial partnership. Developing, in close liaison with the commercial partner and all relevant ESA internal organizational units, the project implementation plan for the commercial partnership governing activities conducted during the pilot phase. Coordinating the implementation of technical and programmatic reviews conducted during the pilot phase. Ensuring close coordination with all organizational units supporting the technical evaluation and maturation of the commercial partnership, consistent with the commercial partnership project implementation plan. Coordinating the socioeconomic impact assessment of the commercial partnership. Supporting the implementation of the ESA internal Integrated Project Review. Developing the review dossier for the Commercial Partnership Evaluation Panel. 2.During the commercial partnership implementation phase Managing the overall implementation of the commercial partnership and coordinatingmonitoring all ESA internal support provided and procurements initiated in support of the commercial partnerships. Monitoring the implementation of the commercial partnership and developing inputs for annual status report to the PBHME. Acting as secretary of the commercial partnership governance board. Specific qualification requirements Masters degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, a scientific discipline and or business administration. Good knowledge of the European and international space exploration policies, plans and programmes. Demonstrated experience in structuring partnerships and track record of successfully implemented marketing campaigns. Outstanding skills in innovation and creativity, system and broader business thinking, communication, teamwork and relationship management and customer focus. Strong planning and organization skills and a demonstrated ability to achieve excellent results under time pressure. Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams. Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines. Excellent technical writing skills. Proficient in the English language spoken and writtenknowledge of otherlanguages is an asset.
