Position Reference 049 As Junior Quality Technician, you will have the opportunity to support the QA Team at our clients premises in Prague, Czech Republic. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Define indicators and data to allow for evaluation of the effectiveness of the QMS. Maintain the collection of standards relevant to our clients online and in single licence formats ISO, ECSS, ITIL. Prepare the establishment of an IMS including Information Security and Quality Management, the update of the related IMS documentation, action plans follow up. Perform an annual review and update of the QM policies, processes and procedures. Implement satisfaction surveys for the departments inhouse and with external stakeholders, analyse the results and provide suggestions for improvements. Prepare the Annual Quality Audit Plan and associated QM documentation. Draft audit reports and manage their approval in coordination with auditees and line managers. Prepare the annual Management Review agenda, inputs, presentation and minutes MoMs. Provide QM Induction Training for new internal and external staff. Provide updates of the WBS and associated WPDs as required and implement an annual review of the consistency of the WBS. Provide advice and guidance to the clients Quality Officers as well as implement the training and inboarding of new Quality Officers. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Masters Degree in the relevant discipline. Main Responsibilities The right candidate will take care to carry out the following tasks Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with Customers quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures. Develop and define major and minor characteristics of quality including quality metrics and scoring parameters and determines requisite of quality control resources for an actual task order. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will bring University degree in one of the following fields Computer Science, Information Technologies, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or related areas. At least six 6 years of work experience, with Quality control, quality assurance, Systems development life cycle SDLC. Experience with defining and documenting test plans for Service Release and ReleaseVersions, including the maintenance of the Service Release and ReleaseVersion test plans. Experience with defining, documenting, and maintaining Test Procedures for all test processes. Experience with measuring compliance to the requirements throughout all phases of the lifecycle. Experience with maintaining and providing periodic reports with a defect tracking database for all identified errors, defects, or problems. Experience with verifying software releaseversion and service release installations adhere to appropriate testing guidelines in accordance with the System Development Life Cycle SDLC. Strong working knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems Standards. Ability to direct and manage team members with day to day activities as well as special projects to assure timely completion. Strong management, leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 platform. Good understanding of ITIL practices and knowledge of the COBIT framework. Certifications in the relevant area of duties are a strong asset. Excellent written and oral command of English. Knowledge of Italian is not mandatory but would be an asset. Capability of integration in an internationalmulticultural environment, rapid selfstarting capability and experience in team working are mandatory. Capacity of achieving schedule and milestones.
