We are currently looking for a Technical Manager for Test Center to support our customer in the Netherlands. Technical Manager for Test Center Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customer is a leading European technology and science service provider specialized in the qualification of products for national and international companies as well as the public sector. The company has test facilities for satellites and other space structures such as the Ariane rockets. In this role you will have the following responsibilities Technical guidance of the mechanical test teams as well as subcontractors Operation, development and maintenance of mechanical test facilities Monitoring the technical quality and safety standards of the test facilities Design, execution and evaluation of tests Planning, optimization and control of test procedures and workflows within the mechanical test teams Planning, optimization and control of personnel and facilities deployment Support of the Test Program Manager for technical issues. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in engineering or equivalent Several years experience in management, maintenance and operation of test facilities Experience in the leadership of employees Experience in the application of QM standards Ability to work efficiently in an international team Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Ability to motivate employees Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of French andor Dutch is an advantage. . Le Titulaire aura en charge un poste de Technical Product Manager TPM sur une structure principale de vhicule spatial pour toutes les phases des dveloppements en cours ou venir. En phase de dveloppement, il a la responsabilit de ltablissement de la spcification technique du produit et du suivi technique des activits. En phase de production, il met jour la Spcification Technique et valide la livraison du produit au regard de cette spcification. Au sein de lquipe en charge du suivi du dveloppement et de la production du produit souscontract, vous aurez en charge lensemble des aspects techniques. A ce titre vous tablirez la Spcification technique du produit souscontract, grerez lallocation des exigences et de la performance en lien avec les exigences du systme global assurerez le lien entre design du produit et ingnierie du systme Anticiperez et suit les risques techniques lis au produit Validerez la dfinition et la qualification du produit au regard de sa spcification Pilote les activits internes ncessaires au suivi du dveloppement du produit Rsoudrez tous les problmes techniques relatifs son produit, avec le soutien des diffrents secteurs concerns. Au sein de lquipe responsable de lingnierie mcanique du vhicule spatial, vous participerez llaboration des logiques de dveloppement ou de justification proposerez des volutions ou amliorations des produits tudis ainsi que des mthodes de justification rdigerez des notes techniques de synthse et de prsenter les rsultats au Programme ou au client Cette activit ncessite la connaissance densemble des spcifications, des besoins fonctionnels, des constituants et de lenvironnement du vhicule spatial la comprhension du problme pos, avec prise en compte des spcifications gnrales et application sur le produit tudi la prise en compte des contraintes venant dautres secteurs participant au dveloppement du produit la ralisation ventuelle danalyses mcaniques avec les outils du Dpartement choix de la mthode, modlisation, exploitation des rsultats la prparation, le suivi et lexploitation dessais ventuels. Vous tes titulaire dune formation dIngnieur ou assimil et possdez des comptences en dimensionnement de structures statique, dynamique, mtallique, composite, etc et dans ltablissement de logiques de justification dun produit complexe. Vous avez acquis au moins 5 ans dexprience un poste similaire. Une bonne matrise de Nastran, Samcef, Ideas sera attendu. Un niveau avanc dAnglais est attendu pour ce poste.
