ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY As the Global Support Engineer I, RF you will be the first point of contact in the SES Global Services Network Operations team providing support to our customers both internally and externally. You are responsible for the technical fault resolution of RF infrastructure comprising of antennas and supporting equipment, and modems that cover the entire service path. You will work closely with Level2 RF Engineers to further develop and maintain enhancements in processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.
