Position Reference 034 RHEA Group is recruiting a Service Manager for the RHEA Professional Engineering Services PES Business in the Netherlands. The position is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to our key client in the Netherlands, the European Space Agency ESA and specifically ESTEC. The activities of the position, include Responsible for ensuring and monitoring the quality of the service provided for the ESTEC Frame Contract. Liaising between the client, the employees, Subcontractors and RHEA Group Support functions in the RHEA Group Belgian HQ. Coordinates the introduction of new employees ensuring the compliance and communication of all the contractual requirements. Manages the Financial Control of the contracts in comparison to the contract LOL and mission costs. Regularly meets with employees in the different locations to ensure the technical delivery is successful, and to ensure the service is performing. Builds strong relationships of trust with the client, understanding the technical and organisational challenges they face. Responsible for ensuring the deliverables of the contract are achieved on time. Compiling and quality assuring the monthly and quarterly reporting for the contracts. Completing all required financial reporting Monitoring the client KPIs.
