Vous participerez des tudes de RD ou danalyse mission dans le domaine de la surveillance de lespace telles que Le catalogage et lvaluation de la situation spatiale Analyser la situation spatiale risques de collisions, rentres atmosphriques risques, fragmentationsexplosions, anomalies de type manuvre ou lancements La modlisation de population de dbris Lestimation des risques de collision au lancement et en orbite Ingnieur ou de formation universitaire quivalente Bac5 avec une spcialit en mcanique spatiale etou mathmatiques appliques. Vous avez une exprience minimum de 5 ans dans le domaine de la surveillance de lespace. Les comptences requises pour ce poste sont Principes du catalogage des objets en orbite, Les stratgies de surveillance de lespace, Dtection et calcul des risques de collision, Mathmatiques appliques algorithmie, probabilit, propagation de covariances, Le dveloppement en Java et Scilab. Position Reference 565 You will have the opportunity to provide engineering expertise to the Radio Navigation Systems Technology Section at the European Space Agency. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Support the GALILEO Ground Mission Segment GMS team Participation to GMS related Integration, Verification and Qualification IVQ activities Evaluation of GMS design, with a specific focus on GMS Operations and Operability Improvements, Galileo Services provision, Online and Offline Monitoring, System Reporting, Mission Support and Mission Processing, and evolutions of the GMS architecture and design eg. virtualisation, data centric processing, etc. Support to GMS engineering activities, as well as Galileo System level engineering activities, such as requirement engineering, change management and baseline evolutions DCPsDCNs, assessment of contractors RFDsRFWs Contribution to GMS and System reviews. Support to Navigation Projects e.g. EGNOS and GALILEO and RD activities in the fields of system and receivers performances for Ground Segment receivers and user receivers multifrequency and multiconstellation Support design, implementation, maintenance and operation of Radio Navigation equipment, complex Radio Navigation simulation tools and test facilities for testing features endtoend performances, receivers, etc. in the aforementioned activities Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a University degree MSc minimum in telecommunications and signal processing or electronic engineering, as well as experience in these fields. You have a specific knowledge on Satellite Radio Navigation Systems, ranging and positioning techniques and technologies, including latest trends in high accuracy and robust PNT. You have a specific and strong knowledge and experience on the design, development and testing of Radio Navigation receivers from professional to massmarket, including signal processing, positioning algorithms, Radio Frequency, multiantenna and sensor hybridisation aspects. You have several years experience 4 relevant with the GNSS and GALILEO systems and equipment and have good knowledge of Radio Navigation processing, simulation and testing systems. You are a specialist in the implementation, maintenance and operation of complex Radio Navigation processing, simulation and test facilities for spacecraft, aircraft, maritime and land mobile applications. You must be eligible for security clearance from their national security administration. The following skills would be highly desirable You have knowledge on EGNOS Overlay System, including the evolution to EGNOSv3. You have knowledge on signal quality monitoring. You are familiar with GNSS Android Raw Measurements and carrier phase based positioning techniques PPP and RTK. You have knowledge on virtualization and data centric processing. The Flight Dynamics Mission Analyst will work on the Flight Dynamics Team to perform longterm and nearterm operational analysis for OneWebs constellation of satellites. The candidate should have a solid understanding and be comfortable with planning maneuvers to target changes to orbital elements. The Analyst will also assist in development of the Flight Dynamics System which performs all of the Flight Dynamics related tasks for the constellation. The candidate should possess strong analytical and computing skills. Understanding of scientific and numerical computing limitations and issues in the simulation of physical systems is a necessity. We are looking for a Meteosat Mission Control Operations Engineer mfd to work at EUMETSAT in Darmstadt, Germany. Your Tasks The Meteosat Second Generation MSG programme supports EUMETSATs geostationary mission, supporting services through the exploitation of four inorbit satellites. The Mission Control Systems Team is responsible for the routine operation of the MSG Central Facility in cooperation with the maintenance teams from the Technical Services and Scientific Support Department TSS. The Meteosat Third Generation MTG programme, led by the Geostationary Programmes Division GEO within the Programme Development Department PRD, performs the MTG preparatory activities in cooperation with the European Space Agency ESA. The programme should guarantee access to geostationary satellitebased meteorological data until at least the late 2030s. The candidate shall provide service to the system development and operations preparation of the MTG Mission Operations Facility performed within GEO division and be provided in coordination with the relevant spacecraft and system operations and development teams and shall comprise a range of tasks for the MTG programme, including contribution to the design and development of the MTG Mission Operations Facility, related subsystems and interfaces, in particular with a focus on the Mission Operations Facility operability the definition and development of operational concepts compatible with the Mission Operations Facility design and the MTGspecific Packet Utilisation Services PUS the refinement of the MTG mission operations concept in relation to the Mission Operations Facility and its implementation in the Reference Operations Plan and System Operations File, including related documents and procedures, databases, etc the definition of MTG mission operations data items including displays, operations procedures, operational databases, operations guides, etc the definition and implementation of Mission Operations Facility operational interfaces the definition and implementation of Mission Operations Facility subsystem acceptance and MOF system integration testing, in particular with focus on operationallyrelevant validation test scenarios the execution of Mission Operations Facility system verification and validation activities the definition and implementation of MTG Ground Segment system verification and validation activities, including formal system operational scenario validation, SVTs, and operations rehearsals the execution of MTG System, MTG Ground Segment, MOF system and subsystem reviews, technical meetings, and scheduling and planning meetings the review and implementation of planned changes to the system configuration the review, disposition and resolution of system anomalies when applicable for specific prelaunch testing and postlaunch operations, the provision of oncall support as part of a team of MCS engineers. Your Profile In addition to having a university degree or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline, the key person shall have the following mandatory attributes at least three years experience in the operations preparation and routine operations of spacecraft mission control systems for Geostationary GEO andor Low Earth Orbit LEO satellite systems at least two years experience defining and implementing the verification and validation of spacecraft mission control systems at least two years experience operating a spacecraft mission control system based on SCOS2000 at least two years experience with the application of ECSS and CCSDS standards for spacetoground interfaces, Satellite Monitoring Control Systems Packet Telemetry and Telecommand standards, PUS Packet Utilisation Standard, etc. Experience of the following would be a distinct advantage extensive experience in the use of databases and SQLrelated querying in relation to spacecraft mission control systems experience using configuration management systems such as CVSSVN and or GIT experience using satellite simulators familiarity with flight dynamics and mission planning functions and systems as applied to satellite operations.
