ResponsibilitiesDuties Software design and development for orbit and attitude control, AOCS telemetry monitoring, maneuver optimization and command generation for the ESA spacecraft missions LEOP Launch and Early Orbit Phase support, typically on Linux workstations using FORTRAN Software development for computation of the dynamical behaviour of satellites Participation in studies to evaluate Flight Dynamics aspects Participation in system tests, simulations and operations support Work in international teams. QualificationsExperience Completed university degree in mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent with high grades A good working knowledge of English. Essential Skills Indepth familiarity with applied mathematics, especially vector algebra, numerical integration techniques and statistics Sound knowledge of physics, especially mechanics High sense of operational responsibility The capability to study independently complex and novel topics and to rapidly prototype SW for study purposes must be proven Software development in FORTRAN 7795 under Linux Problem solving abilities Good communication skills. Description As support to the JUICE Mission, you will have the opportunity to provide a functional and operation support to the Prime AIT team for Attitude and Orbit Control System AOCS Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Functional testing in the domain of AOCS, in open and closedloop tests, with HW In the Loop HIL or with simulated equipment, MissionFDIR with CSW version V3 EGSE support for SIMFE support to the first installation, for EGSE delivered after KickOff of this contract, which means SIMFE, PWR scoe, validation at first delivery, or after moving or upgrading EGSE, configuration management, maintenance, upgrades when necessary Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in satellite AIT activities at platform level on AOCS You have an extensive experience in the overall functional tests process Understanding functional test specifications Production of test concepts and automated test scripts Execution and debugging of test sequences You have good programming skills You have a good knowledge in UNIXLinuxWindows usage and administration You have a strong knowledge of automated test environment and able to manipulate EGSE SCOE You have experience of working in the ISO 5 clean room environment You have the ability to work both autonomously and in an embedded AIT team You are fluent in English written and spoken You have a good understanding of French or German is an asset How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
