Junior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are currently looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to support our customer in Germany. Junior Quality Assurance Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities For our customer in the Lake Constance area of Germany, we seek a Quality Assurance Engineer with background in materials and processes. The main responsibility of this position is to monitor the conformance of raw materials properties with the specifications and to process any detected deviations Ensure that raw materials, processing techniques and productive resources conform with quality and construction requirements Apply a high level of materials and processing knowledge to promote the efficiency, reliability and reproducibility of both processes and end products Conduct failure analysis of raw materials and processes Qualify processing techniques Monitor material acceptance. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Degree in measurement and evaluation, automisation, aerospace, for instance, from a polytechnic Fachhochschule. A qualification as a registered technician staatlich geprfter Techniker would also be valid Experience in electrical mechanical measurement techniques would be an advantage Experience in measurement automisation is desireable Quality related experience is desirable Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is desirable Fluent English is required. Knowledge of German is an advantage Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage. This job is located in Friedrichshafen. AIT Quality Assurance Improvement Engineer

A vacancy for an AIT Quality Assurance Improvement Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Stevenage. You will ensure the proper implementation of the quality assurance rules and that company industrial processes comply with quality assurance requirements and standards. You will validate the product inspection plan and handle product non conformity up to the productservice delivery to the customer. Quality Assurance process improvement and deployment assess current process, propose improvements, lead pilots, coach and train other QA staff on improved processes, monitor deployment. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include Check and assess the implementation of the quality requirements defined by the QMS and quality plan. Check that industrial processes properly comply with quality assurance requirements. Define and ensure implementation of products controls. Lead the nonconformity and waiver treatment, analyse quality non conformity and request for waiver. Monitor corrective and preventive actions, participate in the tailoring of standards. Lead implementation of improved Quality Assurance processes Support improvements of department tools. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Engineering degree with experience in Quality Assurance within the SpaceAerospace industry. Experience of Lean Manufacturing. Experience of Quality Improvement Implementation review of process, tools, gaps etc.. Green Black Belt certification is desirable. Good knowledge of Excel, VBA skills to maintain QA tools. Deployment Implementation of quality initiatives Quest. Evidence of problemsolving skills. Good communication and presentation skills. You will be responsible for assuring the quality of AIT products so as to deliver complete status for products from Stevenage. This mission is split according to the area of manufacture and integration concerned these are Cone Cylinder Structure, Panel Assembly, Mechanical CPS Integration, Electrical Integration. The QA engineer is fully empowered to manage all aspects of quality within the AIT boundary. The successful candidate will be subject to UK National Security Clearance in order to undertake related work in accordance with business needs. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include Ensure the proper implementation of the quality assurance rules and that company industrial processes comply with quality assurance requirements and standards. Good understanding of Product and Quality Assurance principles. Knowledge and or experience in the use, development and delivery of Quality and Quality principles. Good understanding of Manufacturing processes. A good understanding of Spacecraft Manufacture and build philosophies Ability to understand and embrace quality improvement initiatives.
