As a member of the procurement team embedded within the UrtheDaily Constellation Ground Segment Program Management Office, the Supply Operations Manager will lead our external suppliers to ensure that services and products agreed are delivered on time, on cost and on quality. Consolidating and presenting dashboards and dedicated reporting, including claims, change management, nonquality cost, on quality oncost metrics, issues, risks opportunities Compile and submit cost brochures detailing Supply Management commitments Contributes to the exchange of information and lessons learned between projects of the UrtheDaily Ground Segment program Supports the Program Manager in evaluating and aligning workload, headcount planning, and Programmes budgets Communicates feedback from programs on procurement performance, and drive consequent improvement actions Ensure that procurement processes are correctly and consistently applied following up our Process Improvement Quality internal protocols. Education and Experience Diploma or degree in electrical, aerospace or mechanical engineering or similar education. Nice to have, Project Management Professional PMP certificate or similar. Minimum of six 6 years current experience in a Supply Chain Procurement role working in a complex engineering environment or experience in project management and supplier development. Mandatory in the Space sector or similar. Within the System Engineering and Projects Division SEP of the Technical and Scientific Support Department TSS, the Key Person will work in the Ground Segment System Engineering Competence Area, supporting the System Engineering activities of the EUMETSAT ground segment for Copernicus missions.
