Fr Airbus Defence and Space in Friedrichshafen suchen wir fr den Bereich Delivery Management Deutschland einen Junior Development Engineer dmw. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zhlen Entwurf, Prototyping und Analyse von Algorithmen fr die geometrische, radiometrische und spektrale Verarbeitung von Fernerkundungsdaten aus weltraumgesttzten Instrumenten Imager, Radar, Sounder Mitarbeit bei der Definition, Implementierung und Verwendung von Simulationsmodellen zur Erzeugung reprsentativer Daten fr die Analyse dieser Algorithmen, die den Beobachtungsort, den Signalweg des Instruments und die relevanten Satellitenmerkmale abdecken Untersttzung bei der Erstellung von Spezifikationen fr die operationelle Verarbeitung von SatellitenFernerkundungsdaten. Diese Position erfordert den Erwerb eines vertieften Verstndnisses und Wissens ber die Messprinzipien weltraumgesttzter Fernerkundungsinstrumente und die damit verbundenen Instrumente und satelliteninduzierten Messverzerrungen sowie die entsprechenden korrigierenden Datenverarbeitungsanstze. Dies setzt den Aufbau guter Arbeitsbeziehungen zu den Space Projekten sowie internationalen Wissenschafts und Engineering Communities voraus. Mittelfristig sollte der erfolgreiche Kandidat dmw die Nutzung der verschiedenen Fernerkundungsdatenprodukte durch die Kunden und die daraus resultierenden Anforderungen an den Dateninhalt, die Qualitt und die Zuverlssigkeit verstehen. Was bringen Sie mit? Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit der Fachrichtung Ingenieurwesen, SimulationModellierung, Physik, Mathematik, Luft und Raumfahrt, Elektrotechnik u.a. Nachgewiesene Fachkenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche Bildverarbeitung, Geometrische Datenverarbeitung Geolokalisierung, Geodsie, Spektrometerdatenverarbeitung, Verarbeitung von Hyperspektralinterferometrie, Erdfernerkundung, Design und Performance von Weltrauminstrumenten Breiter physikalischer und mathematischer Hintergrund Erste ProjektmanagementErfahrung ist von Vorteil Erfahrung im Management von technischen Unterauftragnehmern ist von Vorteil Deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
