Ground Segment ILSOPS Manager Deadline for applications ASAP Job Description We are looking for a Ground Segment ILSOPS Manager on behalf of our client for one of their locations in Italy. In the frame of our clients Ground Segment Operations Center of Competence as part of the Space Systems Department, the ILSOPS Manager will report to Ground Segment Operations Responsible. The successful applicant will be employed by ATG Europe and not by our Client. The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to Tasks and Responsibilities Coordinate the Operations and ILS team during OPS design and execution. Drive the definition of commissioning and routine operations, prepared for future mission of Earth Observation with Small Satellites. Guarantee that operational interface between the platform and payload systems, the ground segment and the satellite. Guarantee production and maintenance of operations documentation and procedures. Plan and Coordinate the operations validation and verification and Ground and E2E System level. Plan and Coordinate training and validation of the ground segment team ILS Analysis implementation and harmonization of ILS with Operational Concepts and Ground Segment Architecture. ILS Tools Specification and coordination of Design and Adaptation to Program Needs. Requirements University degree in a relevant discipline. At least 710 years of experience in operations management for Low Earth Orbit LEO missions. Experience in management of operations design, validation, LEOP, commissioning and routine phases. Experience with costs estimation of operations execution and Ground Segment maintenance. Experience with RAMS Analysis, design, development and maintenance of ILS Tools Experience with coordinating a team, heshe shall have good interpersonal, reporting and communication skills and a proactive attitude to problem solving. The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to Tasks and Responsibilities Coordinate the GS AIV team during GS AIV preparation and execution. Support the ILSOPS Manager during the validation and commissioning and commissioning phases to address and solve GS issues.
