The key person shall have skills and handson experience in the following mandatory areas o System engineering processes, covering the full development lifecycle and in monitoring and implementation of designs against requirement baselines and IVV, including testing and formal acceptance o Good working knowledge in both French and English o Good interpersonal and communication skills, allowing to work within a multidisciplinary and international context with various teams. Contractors contributions to technical clarifications shall be first discussed and agreed with Client before being communicated to the Suppliers. Outputs Recommendations for updates to the PDAP Risk Register, List of Open Issues, Actions, PDAP andor DPI andor PGFs Schedule, PDAP andor DPI andor PGFs Trackers, etc. Attend Integration and Testing activities Attend, as requested, to Integration and Testing activities of the Data Processing systems under development, including the Data Processing Infrastructure DPI, the L1L2 Products Generation Functions PGFs, whether held at the PDAP or DPI Suppliers premises in Toulouse, at the PGFs Suppliers premises, or at the Client Headquarters in Darmstadt. Outputs Test Status Reports covering any observation made by the Contractor when attending the integration and testing activities. Participate to Technical Management Meetings Technical meetings related to data processing systems, including the PGFs related ones Weekly PDP andor DPI andor PGFs Suppliers meetings Weekly Client EPSSG PDP Team meeting Biweekly Client EPSSG PDAP Team meeting 6weekly PDP Progress Meetings held between the PDAP and PDP suppliers 6weekly PDAP Progress Meetings held between Client and the PDAP Supplier Other meetings, as necessary and as agreed by Client. Outputs Summary of meetings covering any observation made by the Contractor when attending the meetings identified above. Participate in Review of Documentation Analyse and comment, the Progress Reports associated to the PDAP and PDP related Progress Meetings Review PDAP Suppliers documentation related to the Data Processing system under development, including Design, Compliance Matrices, and IVV related documentation Review Client documentation dealing with concepts and technical analyses of relevance for Data Processing systems Followup associated actions or review activities. Outputs Inputs in preparation to Progress Meetings Analyses Report presenting substantiated comments, Review Item Discrepancies RIDs, issues, and recommended actions to be undertaken to resolve any issue identified

Participate in data processing team meetings and associated activities and reviews where required in the area of data processing system engineering inside of DPSA CA. Contribute and participate on request to dedicated technical workshops Provide training, through written materials, practical demonstrations and presentations, to other parties involved in the related projects including controllers, analysts and engineers. Undertake training identified as necessary to become familiar with the system and be able to perform their tasks Become familiar with the ground segment facility usage, setup, configuration and installation once delivered by the prime contractor. Contribute to the facility handover to OGS integration team and or operations. Perform requirements engineering in DOORS for related data processing requirements. This includes review, specification and refinement of existing requirements, their uptraces to parent Ground Segment specifications, justifications and verification methods Ensure coherency of requirements with processors specifications Provide inputs to the definition of ICDs between data processing elements and other GS functions Provide inputs to the definition of testing and Operational scenarios for data processing elements Provide inputs to the definition of data processing concepts and tradeoffs to support requirements understanding and justification. Provide contributions to the Technical Notes with comments on the revision i.e list of Review Item Discrepancy RID to the following documents Review System Requirements Document either to the new or update to existing documents Contribution to Risk Register and first version of the Project Management Plan Review System analyses and concept Documents Consolidated Design Contribution revision to Identification of testing needs test data or test tools, as part of the test plan Identified uncertainties in the budget estimates time and cost Review Design Documents at system and subsystem level preliminary including ICDs Review System and Integration Test Plan Review Set of finalised Design Documents, including final ICDs Review Test documentation, covering Integration, Verification and Validation aspects Support to the identification of Operations Documentation updates SCP, GCP, OPS Guide and needs for training Review MME delta design.
