Fr Airbus Defence and Space in Friedrichshafen suchen wir fr den Bereich Payloads Life Support Systems in der Abteilung TSPOE2 Fluid Physics Ext. Payloads einen Systemingenieur Avionics von Fluid Physik Experimenten ISS wm. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehren FSL EC RUBI und FOAM sind ESA Class II Fluid Physik Nutzlasten fr die Internationale Raumstation. Es ist vorgesehen die ECs in das Fluid Physics Rack innerhalb Columbus auf der Internationalen Raumstation ISS zu integrieren. Gegenwrtig luft die Phase C. Fr den Bau der Flugeinheiten Phase D und die Untersttzung der Betriebsphase E suchen wir ab sofort den Avionics System Ingenieur, der die Entwicklung, Bau und Verifikation aller elektrischen und Avionics Subsysteme und Komponenten der beiden Experimente eigenverantwortlich fhren wird. Als Teil des Projekt und Systemteams ist er verantwortlich zusammen mit Unterauftragnehmern die Entwicklung der Subsystem abzuschlieen und die Systemintegration voranzutreiben. Entwicklung der Avionics Koordinierung der Avionics Entwicklung fr FSL EC Phasen C, D, E mit Schwerpunkt Hardware Entwicklung von Microcontrollern, digital und analogen AvionicsBaugruppen zur Datenerfassung und Steuerung, sowie Regelung. Entwicklung von Fluid Physik Experimenten Markstudien und Auswahl von kommerziellen Baugruppen und Platinen fr die Microcontroller, bzw. Entwicklung von Boards Vorschlge fr die Auswahl von Aktuatoren, Sensoren, optomechanischen Komponenten, Videosystemen erarbeiten. Entwicklung von Power Supplies, IF Filtern und Schutzschaltungen Elektrische und EMC Analyse zur Bestimmung der Funktion und Leistungsfhigkeit der Avionics Entwicklung unter Beachtung von Engineering Budgets fr Avionics Konzeption, Entwicklung und Koordination des Kabelbaumes fr ISS Experimente Entwicklung nach den Vorschriften des ESA ECSS Standards, bzw. IPC Ausarbeitung von Design und ReviewDatapackages in englischer Sprache fr CDR und FAR, inklusive Beitrgen zu Safety Data Packages und Verifikation der Experiment Avionics Qualifikationsprozesse fr Bauteilqualifizierung planen, koordinieren bzw. teilweise selbst durchfhren berwachung des Board Layouts, der externen Produktion und Bestckung von Platinen Planung der Integration und Testaktivitten des Subsystems, Durchfhrung der Integrationsarbeiten einschlielich Fehlersuche und behebung, sowie der Subsystemabnahmetests Erstellung der Testprozeduren und Reports fr Funktionstests, EMC und andere elektrische Qualifikationstests Untersttzung der Hardware Software Integration zusammen mit Softwareentwicklern Durchfhrung der Qualittsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt Assurance Betreuung und Fhrung von Unterauftragnehmern Spezifikation der Baugruppen Betreuung des Angebotsprozesses fr Unterauftragnehmer Steuern und berwachen von Lieferterminen Kontrolle der Qualitt, Abnahme der Produkte Kommunikation mit den Unterauftragnehmern Entwicklung der Boden Testumgebung EGSE Konzeption und Definition von Electrical Ground Support Equipment EGSE Zusammenarbeit mit externen Serviceprovidern zur Beschaffung der EGSEs Abnahmetests, Dokumentation des EGSEs Mitarbeit bei der Integration der Avionics von ISS Experimentmodulen Untersttzung der Entwicklungstests um die Schnittstellen zwischen Avionics und Fluid Physik Experiment Hardware zu verifizieren Untersttzung der Funktions und Performance Tests der Avionics zusammen mit der gesamten Aktuatorik und Sensorik des Experimentmoduls Untersttzung des SystemEngineering bei der Verifikation des Gesamtsystems Bedienung des EGSE fr den System Test Betrieb Untersttzung bei der Integration der Class II Facility mit dem Columbus Experimentracks Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen und Teilnahme an Testkampagnen im europischen Ausland erforderlich.
