Spacecraft Operations Engineer for AEOLUS 1923040 Job Description We are looking for a Spacecraft Operations Engineer to support our customer ESA with the activities related to the AELOUS mission. The main area of responsibility of the selected engineer will be the payload chain, which includes the insitu Cleaning System, the interfaces with the Mission Planning system and the interfaces with industry and other external teams PDGS, scientists. The selected engineer will work in close coordination with the prime payload and ICS engineers. Throughout the duration of the support, the engineer may be involved in additional systems and subsystems and also other Earth Observation missions. The main activities include Maintenance and preparation of Flight Control and Contingency Procedures Support to the general routine activities of the mission Mission Planning, documentation maintenance, satellite and ground systems anomaly investigation. Acquisition and maintenance of general satellite knowledge and procedures, participating in the oncall engineer service rotation.
