Aurora is an established supplier of skilled manpower to ESA and in particular at ESTEC and ESAC. Aurora has the opportunity to expand our support to ESA in the domain of ETM Environmental Testing and Mechanical AIV Engineering. Overview The principle tasks in the area will include Handling and management of a pool of electronic equipment for the ESTEC Test Centre and ESTEC laboratory users. Organizing and supervising of calibration, maintenance and repair of electronic instruments including the related administration tasks. Maintenance and operation of the laboratory accredited methods according to ISOIEC 17025. Support and advice to the ESTEC Test Centre Customers, ESA projects and the ESTEC labs in the field of electrical metrology. Specific qualification requirements HTS education level Technical High School, or equivalent in other education systems. Relevant experience in electronic test laboratories. Good knowledge of engineering measurement methodologies. Familiarity with implementation and management of databases. Good knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO17025 standards would be an asset. Good knowledge Electrical CAD software and electrical safety inspection would be preferable. Fluent in English knowledge of another Member State language is an asset. Legal and Security Requirements All applicants must be legally allowed to work in The Netherlands. Applicants are required to provide a copy of their passport and degree certificate. Aurora will validate the Degree with the issuing University and provide evidence to ESA. Prior to issuing a letter of employment the applicant shall provide to Aurora a recent official document declaring that they are of good conduct from the country where currently resident. Location The work will be performed at the European Space Technology and Research Centre ESTEC at Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Contract The selected candidate will receive good remuneration in line withESA Job Class. Will be registered for both social security and tax in the Netherlands. The standard working hours are 40 per week. There are 12 public holidays and an additional 30 annual days holiday. IT Field Support Technician

RHEA Group is currently recruiting IT Field Support Technicians to provide local IT Support at every ESA sites, which includes HQ in Paris, France ESTEC in Noordwijk, The Netherlands ESOC in Darmstadt, Germany ESRIN in Frascati, Italy ESAC in Villafranca, Spain ECSAT in Harwell, UK EAC in Cologne, Germany Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include but not limited to the following You will be supporting the operations of the end users devices and accessories such as desktops, monitors, mobile phones etc. You will be supporting ESA with the definition of a procurement plan for new devices and accessories. You will be timely triggering the procurement by providing ESA with the Procurement Lists Bill of Materials for local stock refurbishment, refresh plan and ad hoc requests For some sites, you will be configuring the equipments and shipping it to other sites. You will be configuring the devices, MAC and MS Windows You will be supporting service management activities in accordance to procedures and processes that have been defined centrally. You will be liaising with ESA established vendors to repair broken or failed devices in accordance with the agreements signed by ESA You will be contributing to the Service Assets and Configuration Management process by updating support tools line with the relevant Work Instructions You will be conducting physical audit on IT equipments deployed to end users and take corrective actions as necessary. You will be responsible for the provision of second level support to IT users, the first level being the IT service desk run by an external provider which could include providing IT incidents investigation and resolution when needed providing IT specialized support for local events e.g. conference providing bill of materials, and ordering management for small consumables managing all incidents and requests via the centralized incident management tool. You will be responsible for supporting IT centrally managed services back office, IT service desk etc. with task such as patching of network cables installing and configuring printers, scanner and faxes personal and network replacing toner and clear paper jam You will be supporting troubleshooting activities under the direct guidance of ESA Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have relevant qualification in the field of ITComputer Engineering You have at least 4 years of experience in IT Support You have solid communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment. You are detailoriented, hardworking and enthusiastic. You are able to work independently when requested. You have very good command of English Language You are proficient in MS Office applications You have experience andor knowledge in the following Firewall systems or IT security experience Active DirectoryDC knowledge Symantec Antivirus Experience with Team Viewer or other remote support tool Microsoft Certification Email Server experience Virtualization environment knowledge.
