Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience A university degree in a relevant discipline A broad knowledge of IT service management principles Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional working experience Knowledge of ESA IT policies and regulations would be an advantage A proven capability of performing tasks in a fully autonomous way An aptitude for effective communication and collaboration in an international and challenging environment Proven team management experience is considered an asset Proven SCCM working experience is considered an asset Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
