Eager to learn and grow within an experienced team Primary ResponsibilitiesKey Result Areas Guide the engineering design and development of the O3b mPOWER operational Inorbit calibration system Develop endtoend payload RF and command configuration test procedure algorithms Interface with MEO O3b mPOWER ground station system to design build endtoend measurement techniques for RF data processing and analysis Contribute to the O3b mPOWER payload performance analysis, to characterize and apply performance corrections to the payload phased arrays ondemand Work with O3b mPOWERs Adaptive Resource Control ARC system to integrate spacecraft payload Inorbit calibration system functionality Integrate into the Technology environment, as the O3b mPOWER payload subject matter expert Always ensure safe operations of the satellite in close collaboration with Satellite Operations Analyze all satellite malfunctions and anomalous behavior Be on call in case of an emergency and advise Satellite Operations as to necessary actions resulting from malfunctions, anomalies, or any other trends. Develop and maintain new integrated payload applications and tools required for performance monitoring, operation automation, resource optimization, and constellation performance Support and prepare for spacecraft anomalies and contingency operations, including new operational solutions, for contingency operations at spacecraft and fleetlevel Support payload mission, operations, and phasing of the MEO satellites into the constellation Support payload inorbit testing, transition, and phasing for the start of service Support the design and procurement of O3b mPOWER satellites, for spacecraft design reviews, integration, ground, and inorbit testing.
