ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Spacecraft Engineer, Payload Subsystem will be part of the Payload Engineering team, leading payload inorbit operations and the design and implementation of innovative operational solutions for the SES fleet. In this position, our engineers will support satellite mission operations, enhance our performance monitoring and analysis toolkits, and contribute to dynamic endtoend design solutions. In our team, engineers develop and operate new payload missions, design contingency scenarios for satellite resiliency, and support new spacecraft procurement, launch and inobit test characterization. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULTS AREAS Monitor health status and provide oncall support for satellites in operation, including recovery and followup of eventual spacecraft offlimit conditions, anomalies and service interruptions Ensure Customer satisfaction in line with SLA terms and maximize satellite fleet availability and longevity Support procedure development of payload mission of the current and upcoming satellites.
