ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY As the Engineer, Satcom Operations you will be working in the Operations Services Engineering group and will be responsible for the implementation and operational support of cuttingedge global products and services. The engineer will gain a broad knowledge of the SES product range as well as SES global core infrastructure. The primary objective of this role is to ensure SESs customers are provided the highest quality service throughout their lifecycle. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULTS AREAS Work efficiently as part of a Global multidisciplinary team, utilizing Follow the Sun methodology Responsible for SES Networks Core infrastructure operation and enhancement Configuration, testing implementation of SES Products Participate in lifecycle of a customer project, Post Sales through to Customer Acceptance Liaise with customers and support the integration of SES products with their infrastructure Interact with other operational groups and support coordination of projects Adhere to delivery schedules and manage time accordingly Audit and assess end to end network against customer service requirements and best practices Support Incident Management in line with Company defined ITIL processes Provide Level 3 support for Network Operations Centre Development of technical support documentation for the Network Operations Centre Accountable for baseband training given to the Network Operations Centre Work with Engineering Product Development Teams and support the growth of the SES portfolio Interact with vendors to resolve problems and bugs, perform handson testing and troubleshooting Development of internal technical support documentation and procedures Responsible for administration of monitoring tools to support customer solutions COMPETENCIES Collaboration Proactive Problem Solving Customer service Performance Under pressure QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Solid working knowledge of Satellite Communications Baseband, Network Management, and Modem systems equipment Minimum 5 years of experience in the satellite or telecommunications industry Experience in developing andor maintaining satellite terminal or telecommunications systems Experience troubleshooting, operating, and maintaining local and remote baseband, IF, RF, antennas, and WANLAN equipment Willingness to travel internationally 10 of the time PREFERRED Good understanding of GEO, MEO, and LEO satellite technologies and systems Experience with Unix Linux systems administration, scripting automation Experience of integrating communication systems with multiple vendor components Experience with physical design best practices, e.g., rack installation, cabling and management Experience of dealing directly with customers and understand how to manage expectations Working knowledge of IP routing and networking Apply HERE

Engineer, Spacecraft Subsystem Payload

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Spacecraft Engineer, Payload Subsystem will be part of the Payload Engineering team, leading payload inorbit operations and the design and implementation of innovative operational solutions for the SES fleet. In this position, our engineers will support satellite mission operations, enhance our performance monitoring and analysis toolkits, and contribute to dynamic endtoend design solutions. In our team, engineers develop and operate new payload missions, design contingency scenarios for satellite resiliency, and support new spacecraft procurement, launch and inobit test characterization. Over time, each team member builds a custom skillset and expertise, across a wide technical breadth, to make an impacting contribution to the success of our missions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULTS AREAS Monitor health status and provide oncall support for satellites in operation, including recovery and followup of eventual spacecraft offlimit conditions, anomalies and service interruptions Ensure Customer satisfaction in line with SLA terms and maximize satellite fleet availability and longevity Support procedure development of payload mission of the current and upcoming satellites. Engineer, Gateway Infrastructure

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Gateway Infrastructure Engineer is a key member of the SES Technology Ground Infrastructure team providing expertise in the Ordertofulfilment domain, mainly Service Design and Operations at SES GEOMEO Gateways. The engineers activities will include the active collection as well as definition of technical requirements and processes for implementing Service platforms. This comprises interface management as well as coordination across multiple internal teams and customers. A further part of the role as a part of GW Infrastructure team is to manage, troubleshoot and operate GW Infrastructure together with system vendors and 3rd party contractors. These shall include Site Infrastructure, Antenna RF Subsystems, ModemPlatforms installed worldwide at SES Gateways. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULT AREAS Design, specify and implement services Data Video at SES Gateway and Teleport locations for High Throughput satellites, Wide beam GEO satellites and MEO satellites and other missions. Position Reference 687 We are currently looking for an EGNOS System Security Engineer to work for our Client in the city of Toulouse, France. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Contribute to the technical management of the system and segment infrastructure activities, with a particular focus on security aspects e.g. security risk treatment, accreditation, .... Support the follow up of the system definition, design, qualification and acceptance activities for the different EGNOS versions and service, in line with the security risk analysis, i.e. with a particular focus on the security measures and operational aspects. Support the security and technical analysis of the architecture and specifications for system and ground segment upgrades to ensure coherence and compliance with the security requirements and identify impacts on baseline security documentation. Monitor the system security status, following up anomaly resolution through the implementation of Work Arounds, fast fixes, midtermlong term correction. Contribute to the follow up the development of EGNOS V3 services from the system and infrastructure point of view.
