Position Reference 1058 We are currently looking for a Galileo Service Requirement Definition and Service Security Engineer to reinforce our existing team, based directly in our clients premises, in the city of Prague, Czech Republic. Note that a current or previous Personal Security Clearance up to Secret level is required. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Support the identification of security service provision concepts to be considered for the definition of security service and system requirements for the core infrastructure, e.g. Input to the Galileo System Requirement Document GSRD, evolution of segments, service facilities and system operations. Maintenance of consistency with the System Technical Requirement Baseline STRB. Justification and flowdown to lower level requirements shall be maintained in the SvRDs justification document. Support the definition, elaboration and maintenance of the Requirements Document SvRD. Review and contributions to updates of the OSRD. This work includes also the traceability between service requirements, security and mission requirements, and the consistency and traceability between service, service facilities, and operations requirements. Maintenance of SvRD and traceability in DOORS. Support the maintenance of the Requirements Justification Document. The status of compliance to the System Definition Document SDD and the Mission Requirements Document MRD shall be maintained. Maintenance and Update of the SDD Justification File when necessary. Support GSA in organization of GSA Engineering Board Invitation, agenda, preparation of Minutes of Meeting. Maintain and update GSA Technical Requirements Baseline. Support on Galileo security service definition, systemtouser interfaces, production and maintenance of the Service Implementation plans, ensuring twoway exchange of scheduling information and consistency between the plans at system, service, and service facilities level. Verify security service requirements progressively through the service milestones, by compiling and assessing verification evidence from results of element validation activities. Maintain Requirement Verification Matrix and Verification Control Document. Ensure OS Service Requirements Verification and provide the statement of compliance. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University degree in the relevant discipline. At least 3 years of relevant working experience, in GalileoEGNSS environment and ideally, on its requirements. Proven experience of DOORs. Excellent planning and organisation skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team within the boundaries of assigned tasks and a stringent schedule. Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Typical activities shall cover the following tasks The operational generation of highprecision orbit and clock products for all Galileo and GPS satellites, as well as for various LEO missions, such as the Sentinels. The batch processing is based on GNSS observation data from a global network of terrestrial receivers and spaceborn receivers on the LEO satellites. The products are generated continuously and repeatedly with latencies between 15 minutes and several days. The operational setup requires monitoring and quality testing of every part of the processing chain Dataflow, IT infrastructure and in particular the numerical statistics of the batch computation process and solutions orbits, clocks, earth orientation parameters, station coordinates, etc.. Anomalies are solved within the team and reported as part of our continuous effort to improve robustness and availability.
