We are looking for an Optical Communication Engineer based in our new office in Luxembourg to work collaboratively with a young, international and talented team on what will be the space technologies of tomorrow. Description of the Job As an Optical Communication Engineer part of ODYSSEUS Space team in Technoport Belval belval.lu, you will be working on the design, manufacturing, testing and validation of our optical bench towards product development. In addition, you shall also contribute to a variety of work packages such as requirements evaluation, mission conceptualization, simulation, depending on skills and career path. In direct interaction with academic experts, ODYSSEUS Space engineers, students, interns, and upper management in a dynamic an international environment you will actively contribute to the development of an optical communication system. Design, simulation andor laboratory experience in freespace andor fibre optical communications systems is expected. Complimentary experience in one or more of the following fields are strong assets for the job space systems engineering, electronics, mechanics, software andor product development.
