Polyester filament prices are now giving signs of weakness in China, back from the long May Day weekend, over a lack of demand from downstream filament weavers. PSF prices have slightly dropped in the last week, also reflecting a weaker activity at spinning mills. PSF prices have slightly fallen but filament prices have resisted any decline.
