EDRS European Data Relay System Quality Manager Key Tasks and Responsibilities Responsibility for the following tasks within the various EDRS Ground Segment SubSystems NCR Management for the subelements Problem ReportNCR handling NRBs Support the RFDRFW process with Config Management Team Organize and holdsupport reviews e.g. TRRs, TRBs, QR AR Review the PA documentation of the supplier reviews e.g. TRRs, TRBs, QR AR Support all activities concerning the EDRS GSeg level test campaigns Provide a weekly PA report about the covered work package Participate to the relevant project meetings. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Universitys Degree in the relevant field To have bbetween five and ten years of work experience as QA in ESA prime projects, e.g. for ground segment Ability to cooperate with complex challenges in a matrix organisation Ability to understand the challenges of the EDRS program beyond the scope of the own work and take those challenge into account in the execution of the own work Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of German language is an advantage. The candidate should be knowledgeable of network access protocols, 5G LTE, and file exchange techniques. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills to manage a team of engineers and subcontractors as well as knowledge in estimation of project costs both labour and material.
