Along with a university degree, or equivalent, in a relevant subject, candidates require skillsexperience in each of the following areas Proven experience in the verification and validation of large complex systems Proven experience of engineering and development activities in space ground segment areas for an Earth Observation satellitebased System Proven ability to analyse complex projects, setup and manage teams accordingly, and manage multiple constraints Managing a small team, the key candidate shall have both a proactive and reactive approach to their work, and they shall be responsible for the planning and coordinating of tests, including the management of last minute anomalies and rescheduling. This a challenging and rewarding role with 13 launches currently planned before 2040. The successful candidate shall participate in all aspects of the procurement process request for quotation, evaluation of bids and the final selection process. Along with a university degree, or equivalent, in a relevant subject, the key candidate shall require skillsexperience in each of the following areas Extensive experience relevant to launch services technology Practical experience of the procurement, preparation and execution of satellite launch campaigns A deep knowledge of the launcher market A thorough knowledge of other related aspects, such as acoustics, vibration or flight dynamics, along with practical experience in the implementation of management processes including Quality Assurance processes and tools would be considered advantageous.
