ResponsibilitiesDuties The new Sales Business Development Manager will have the following responsibilities To help form a sales strategy with company objectives Successfully acquire and close business opportunities and achieve agreed annual sales order intake Proactive development of client base ClientAccount management, Pipeline generation Communicate client requirements to our engineering teams Support the definition of aerospace solutions technically and commercially Assist in the preparation of tendersproposals in a timely manner Maintain after sales relationship ensuring clients are wholly satisfied with our products and services QualificationsExperience University degree in Engineering or similar. At least 5 years of experience in Sales Business Development Proven track record in acquisition of orders with new clients Essential Skills Excellent international communication skills Strong networking skills Fluency in English, both oral and written Desirable Skills Good grasp of business German Good understanding of financial budgets and strategies This vacancy is directed towards experienced Sales and Business Development Managers, but we are also open to consider more junior profiles, depending on their background and personality.
