Main responsibilities Experienced IT Project Manager for a Software Evaluation Project needed. The PM will lead a small, 3 month evaluation project to determine the potential next ITSM tool suite for the customer. The following activities are within the scope of the ITSM Tool Evaluation project Preselection of suitable ITSM tools to be considered in the evaluation Review and update of ITSM requirements documentation Initial weighted assessment of suitable tools according to agreed criteriarequirements Identification and preparation of a shortlist of potential toolssolutions Planning and coordination of proof of concepts PoC with select vendors Implementation of a maximum of three 3 PoCs Analysis and review of the PoC results Development of a final recommendation including detailed results of preselection, feature vs requirements analysis, PoC results, Pros and cons, potential implementation schedules, cost breakdown of the potential solution, risks, ROI analysis and compatibility with future requirements. The PM will work within our service contract operating maintaining the customers operational IT, specifically with the ITSM team running and developing the ITSM tools. Heshe will also interface and present progress to the Serco Service Manager for the contract, the Serco Contract Director and customer representative in charge of the operational IT onsite. Ideal candidate The ideal candidate should bring the following skills and experience Proven experience as Project Manager in an IT environment Experience with software development, testing or similar projects Experience in IT service management Expereince with IT Service Management toolssolutions like Remedy, ServiceNow, HP Service Manager PMP or Prince2 certification a plus, other recognised certifications also acceptable ITIL certification a plus Fluency in English, both in speech and writing Ability to work independently and interface stakeholders at various levels in the organisation and within the customers organisation Ability to motivate team membersstakeholders in order to achieve results in timequality Proven ability to organise and chair meetings and create and deliver presentations to management Excellent time management and planning skills Important Any offer of employment is contingent upon you providing documents to verify your identity and employment eligibility, as required by law. Responsibilities Duties The Service Manager will be part of the TPZVD IT Support Team in the delivery of IT services to the client, inline with the contract SLAOLA, and monitoring, report of any agreed Performance Indicators. Participate in regular company internal management and technical meetings. Qualifications Experience A university degree in Information technology or equivalent. At least 5 years proven experience in Service Management. Experience in the technical management of multicultural teams. Qualification in project management, ITIL or Scrum. Provision of oncall or callout plan The successful candidate will have strong goaloriented, planning capabilities and a pronounced customer focus. Customer Service Manager, Video Infrastructure Services, Europe Luxembourg Betzdorf Role Description Summary The CSM role is a customer facing position with responsibility for direct interaction with the customer while leading the effort to implement, operate and maintain SES Video infrastructure and services that are delivered to the customer. The CSM will focus on supporting existing services and rolling out new services for customers. The CSM owns the customer relationship on behalf of the Global Services organisation from Post Sales activities to service delivery and ongoing operations and maintenance support.
