You will be working within a ModelBased Systems Engineering MBSE and Agile Waterfall environment. As the Project Manager, you will be accountable for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the Systems Engineering tools projects. Required skills Experience in modelbased Systems Engineering, which encompasses requirements engineering management, architecture modelling design, multidisciplinary engineering optimisation, integration, verification validation, coupling with distributed simulations, and transverse configuration management of Systems Engineering artefacts. Knowledge of the engineering processes ISO 15288 Requirements Engineering Management, Architecture Modelling, Functional Logical Physical Design, Integration, Verification Validation, MultiDisciplinary Engineering, Coupled Simulation Knowledge and experience in data lakes, interoperability standards incl. OSLC, connectivity between SE environments Communication skills and ability to work within a team with colleagues from Germany, France, UK and Spain Ability to abstract problems and issues in analytical way, Engineering knowledge with an understanding of the next generation of information system that will bring the engineering practices to a new era. Position Reference 017 You will have the opportunity of working within a truly unique and rewarding mixed team of Military and Civilian Cyber Security specialists. Based at the NATO Communications and Information Agency NCIA Cyber Security Technical Centre located at NATOs Supreme Allied Headquarters SHAPE in Mons Belgium you will be directly involved day to day in maintaining the integrity of NATOs global Cyber Security Defence posture. The NATO Computer Incident Response Centre NCIRC is one of the largest fully integrated global Cyber Defence capabilities in the world. This capability requires a combined international team of 250 NATO and Industry analysts and engineers, to operate and maintain the wide range of Cyber Security services and the complex infrastructure on which they run, installed at over 100 sites in all 29 NATO member countries. You will have strong all round technical abilities with a good working knowledge of Cyber Security technologies. Specialisation in working with SIEM, NIPS or FPC products and the knowledge to apply cyber security techniques to support and maintain these products within the deployment of a complex cyber implementation will be required. Candidates with experience of other security technologies such as Malware Analysis, Digital Forensics and Vulnerability Assessment are also of interest. New needs for higher temporal, spatial and spectral resolution, new instruments, all this becomes reality with the new Meteosat Third Generation launched and operated by our customer EUMETSAT in 2021. In order to provide our customer with an excellent Assembly, Integration, and Verification AIV service, we are looking for a software engineer ideally with experience in the Earth Observation Domain. Responsibilities Duties The principal task of the AIV engineering service team is to perform the AIV engineering activities foreseen for the integration, validation and verification of the MTG system, coordinated by the EUMETSAT Technical Officer. As a member of the future MTG AIV Engineering support team, you will be tasked with Interaction with the MTG System Team for the procurement of test data identified in the Test Specifications, including the analysis of received deliverables and attending acceptance testsM Identification and development of additional tools to generate adhoc test data or to anaylse the test results Generation of test data using the available tools, but also by reconditioningmodifying the ones procured in coordination with the MTG system team Configuration Management of tools and test datasets Due to the complexity of the entire MTG mission, it is also foreseen, that you will Contribute to maintain the AIV schedule in coordination with the AIV engineering responsible Contribute to evolution of the VCD in coordination with the Requirements verification team Contribute, if needed, to the preparation of test procedure, including the automatic test procedures, and execution of tests in coordination with the Tests preparation and execution team Qualifications Experience University degree in the domain of engineering, physics, IT, or equivalent.
