Votre mission au CNES Au sein de lquipe AchatsRecettes , vous mettez en uvre les processus achats au profit des entits techniques dont vous avez la charge. En binme avec les ingnieurs daffaires, vous laborez les actes contractuels dans le respect du code de la commande publique et des procdures dachats du CNES. Vous participez la planification des achats de la structure technique concerne en tenant compte des lments budgtaires et calendaires. Vous prparez les dossiers standards de mise en concurrence de type consultations, procdures adaptes ngocies, participez lvaluation des offres industrielles et leur ngociation analyse financire, commerciale et juridique. Vous serez progressivement amene intervenir dans llaboration de dossiers de mises en concurrence complexes de type appels doffres ou procdures concurrentielles avec ngociation. Dans ce cadre, vous ralisez la rdaction des rapports danalyse des offres et assurez leur prsentation devant les commissions de validation concernes. Vous assurez la rdaction du march et veillez la bonne excution des conditions contractuelles. En tant que de besoin, vous assurez un support aux affaires sur recettes en intervenant dans la rdaction des propositions financires. Vous participez au reporting achats du service, au bilan des stratgies dachat mises en place, ainsi qu lvaluation des fournisseurs. Profil de candidat recherch Diplme de lenseignement suprieur niveau Bac 4, spcialit Achat apprcie. Vous possdez une connaissance des grands principes de la commande publique. Vous avez une bonne matrise de langlais pour assurer les ngociations et rdiger les contrats dans cette langue. Organise, autonome et dote dun excellent relationnel, vous faites preuve desprit danalyse et de synthse. Votre got pour le travail en quipe et votre curiosit seront vos atouts pour russir ce poste.

AIV Junior Engineer 1913013 Job Description We are looking for a junior level AIV engineer to support the AIV engineering activities foreseen for the integration, validation and verification of the Meteosat Third Generation MTG system. Key Tasks and Responsibilities You will have the following responsibilities Design and development of thermal hardware heat pipes, thermal straps, thermal switches Perform thermal analyses of thermal hardware, including test predictions Perform plausibility checks and hand calculation to validate the analysis results Definition, preparation, simulation and surveillance of thermal tests, such as thermal vacuum and thermal balance tests Evaluation of test results Awareness of cost account management e.g. budget, risk and schedule for thermal activities Documentation and archiving of all activities, mathematical models and analysis and tests results.
