The Configuration and Documentation Management CADM Specialist is supporting the attraction, successful management and closure of projects in the field of satellite ground engineering, operations as well as satellite communications. The position is integrated in a team of approximately ten employees consisting of Programme managers, Project Managers, Project Controllers or Quality Assurance Engineers. The CADM Specialist shall perform Documentation and Configuration Management tasks in support to the SES Techcom Services Projects and dedicated Project Management Offices covering all project phases, including proposal, projects and operational activities. Responsibilities Implement Documentation and Configuration Management plans, processes and working practices. Regularly propose improvements on those documents Deliver support to users and training on Documentation and Configuration Management procedures Ensure incoming and outgoing documentation is managed according to applicable working practices, covering all registration, formatting, review, approval and storing steps and timely releasingdistribution Support the identification of the configuration items software, hardware and documents to be managed during Electra operations and buildup operations activities.
