Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University Degree in a relevant discipline Several years of professional experience in space systems spaceground segments with experience in project QA positions Handson experience in QA processes definition, implementation, monitoring and control Experience in risks management and lessons learned processes Proven knowledge in a rational application of quality international standards Experience in managing, reporting and following of procured items Good knowledge of project management and project planning, including the ability to identify and report on critical paths Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Access Knowledge of requirements management tools, e.g. DOORS Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of French or another European language is an advantage. One of our space clients in Germany is looking for a Quality Assurance engineer to work on their projects. The Low Earth Orbit Quality Assurance consultant will be integrated into the Quality Assurance Team which provides support to the Low earth Orbit Division. Our clients Quality Assurance Engineers are deployed as integrated support to the various programmes. Key Tasks Implement client QA policies in the assigned areas, in accordance with the Programme specific QA plan for all phases covered by this statement of work and the relevant contract. Update the Programme specific quality assurance plan as necessary. Sound handson experience in managing, reporting and following of procured items. Knowledge of project management and project planning, including the ability to identify and report on critical paths. Some knowledge of requirements management tools, e.g. DOORS. Ability to draft management reports and executive summaries in English. Sound handson experience of working on collaborative programmes between different partners. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Access. Good interpersonal skills, including mediation skills. Good attitude to team working. Additional Provide Quality Assurance support to the GS development activities.
