Key Responsibilities Monitor the execution of the PA Plan Assist the Ground SegmentProject Manager in the identification and resolution of problems with respect to Quality Support the definition of PA requirements and plans in accordance with Directorate policies and to ensure the implementation of agreed procedures Monitor that all PA documentation and records related to the contracted work are maintained Perform, where required project internal and suppliers quality audits relating to the scope of the project Identify and help to resolve problems that may represent an unacceptable risk to Product Quality Attend Review Boards as applicable Organize the review and approval of project quality related documentation Review and approval of changes to project quality related documentation Facilitate the implementation of risk management within the project team Contribute to the disposition of nonconformances, anomalies and problems. Define the composition, call and chair the Nonconformance Review Board NRB. Initiate the marking, segregation as applicable and further treatment of failed items. Support Dependability analyses according to mission requirements. Drive the collection of lessons learned. Support critical operations and relevant simulations on console Identify PA requirements and activities in accordance with customer requirements and Directorate policies Quality Management System. For each mission produce, maintain and monitor the execution of the PA Plan. Organize the process and tools for ground and spacecraft anomalies. Call and lead Anomaly Review Boards for ground and spacecraft anomalies. Overview the disposition of anomalies and problems and provide relevant reporting. Organize the process and tools for both the compliance and the nonconformances to customer requirements. Call and lead Management Review Boards for nonconformances against customer requirements. Overview the disposition of nonconformances. Organize the process and tools for the configuration of the ground segment. Produce, maintain and monitor the execution of the configuration management plan. Call and lead the Configuration Control Board for ground configuration changes. Overview the disposition of changes and provide relevant reporting. Organize the process and tools for the risk management process. Produce and maintain the risk management plan. Call for regular assessment of project risks and provide relevant reporting. Support critical operations and relevant simulations on console in coordination with Flight Operations Director. Organize the process for management of the project documentation. Perform quality review of project documentation. Perform dependability analyses as requested by customer requirements. Monitor compliance to dependability targets during operations. Organize the process and tools for the lessons learned process. Requirements Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline and at least 4 years of PA experience Good interpersonal skills. Good written and oral English. Ability to participate and chair meetings with multinational environment. Ability to work in a matrix oriented organization reporting to both Project PA responsible and the functional PA organization without continuous supervision. Tasks and Responsibilities As successful candidate you will be responsible for the following PC 2nd level call support for simple cases on PC printing, incident and problem handling Inventory and asset tracking, status updates Support new PC installations revocations breakfix Provision of Mobility Packs and tokens, updating tracking database Interface with Service Desk on call resolution status, reporting. Requirements Familiar with BMC Remedy Familiarity with corporate purchasing practices, control record keeping Good interpersonal skills in English Familiarity with the use of Windows PCs, Apple laptops, phones tablets, and other smart phones Experience in local onsite desktop support for one to two years in large organisation more than 1000 Users Experience in working as part of a team on a customer premises is mandatory Escalation handling and rapid response to critical incidentsissues Knowledge of the Microsoft Office 2010 suite Knowledge of Lotus Notes client configuration and support Experience with PolyCom video conferencing systems maintenance and support a plus Good working knowledge of ITIL processes certification a plus.
