Tasks Within the Operations Department, the Flight Operations Division FLO is charged to conduct space system flight operations, addressing flight dynamics and mission analysis, mission planning and mission control aspects to safely maximize the mission return. Within FLO, the Mission Control Systems Team is responsible for the operation of all operational mission control systems.
