RHEA is currently recruiting a Configuration Manager to oversee the configuration of the propulsion subsystems for the MultiPurpose Crew Vehicle European Service Module MPCVESM program. Please note that this position is based at our clients premises in Bremen, Germany. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Overseeing the Configuration Management of the MPCVESM Propulsion subsystem Identifying and documenting the configuration baselines for the MPCVESM Propulsion subsystem Overseeing the release of Propulsion CIDLs Ensuring followup of CM consistency between the ESM and all subsystems regarding functional requirements, verification and implementation Reviewing all subsystem CM deliverables Participating in the implementation and maintenance of change management at subsystem levels Preparing technical lists for releases, changes notably the Configuration Item Data List CIDL Establishing the ABCL, verifying the CIDL Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University Degree in Engineering, Aerospace or similar Minimum 5 years of direct professional experience in configuration or quality management Good knowledge of configuration management practices, concepts, methods, and processes Team player with strong soft skills and able to communicate effectively Willingness to work in a transnational environment Fluency in English, both written and spoken. RHEA is currently recruiting a Documentalist Configuration Controller to support the Earth Observation Directorate at our clients premises in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Data collection, extraction from different corporate applications e.g. PRISMA and from various internal sources and data consistency checking and coherence analysis. Supporting users for retrieving documents from local DMS, DMSs from external partners andor industry, out of paper archives, other sources like ESTEC library, scanned documents on CDROM or via Internet, etc. Related support to project reviews. Provision of paper copies of electronic documents on request, creation of electronic versions of documents, in addition to management of original files. Tasks related to documentation management, distributionregistration of project documentation. Supporting the implementation and maintenance of adequate configuration control methods and procedures, consistent with applicable standardsrequirements. Providing status data and maintaining a wellstructured configuration record system supporting Configuration Control Boards established for the processing of changes and waiversdeviations. The contractor is expected to be or become familiar with the Agencys internal IT tools needed for the conduct of hisher tasks. Assist in the preparation of project audits if and when required. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University degree Bachelor from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or Communications as relevant, with typically 2 years of relevant experience Proficient in MS Office packages with experience of high level Project Administration. Knowledge of ESA administrative and documentation management processestools is a definite advantage. Experience with ESA and Earth Observation projects is an advantage. Excellent planning and organisation skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team within the boundaries of assigned tasks and a stringent schedule. Initiative and motivation to perform to high standards in a demanding environment. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the outside world.
