Textile Fiber Price Comparison (Monthly Report)
2018-10-17 18:21:03| EmergingTextiles.com
Cotton, polyester, and wool fiber prices have declined in the past four weeks. The fall of cotton prices is mostly due to the arrival of the new crop on local markets whereas polyester has previously surged and has experienced an expected correction. Wool prices have also risen to excessively high levels where demand cannot breathe anymore, before eventually receding. Our tables and charts offer a 12-month price comparison of most used textile fibers, including cotton, polyester, viscose, wool, acrylic and nylon, all being available for download on a weekly basis through our historical csv file.
