AST Advanced Space Technologies GmbH is a young aerospace company. It develops and produces propellant management equipment for electric propulsion systems. For the setup for our serial production, we are searching for dedicated employees. You will be the interface between our production and the suppliers of components and materials. You will track and optimize the supplier relationships in respect of delivery reliability and quality. Together with the quality manager, you will plan the incoming goods inspection, and support the quality control by reviews and audits at the suppliers. IT Service Manager

You will have the opportunity to manage and coordinate the overall ESOC IT services which have been outsourced to overall service providers OSP. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include You will be supporting the OSP in ESOC onsite service delivery. You will be reviewing OSP monthly status, performance, capacity reports for ESOC against the contractual SLAs. You will be reviewing Units of Charge reports against ordered quantities. You will be managing the ESOC CITI documentation and actions data base. You will be defining operational procedures for ESOC site service management coordination activities with service interface partners ON, FM. You will be defining and following up implementation of new customer service requirements. You will be monitoring OSP service alerts and take action for the case of information delay or service interruptions not reported by the OSP. You will be assisting, support and liaise with the new communications service provider for the phase in of the new CITI support contract. You will be communicating service catalogue content and change to users at ESOC. 1. Needs Active Space Technologies VOF is looking for an experienced engineer to assume the technical lead of several projects within the company. The ideal candidate will have a systems engineering background or familiarity with the aerospace, automotive or naval industries. The work will be executed for the first two years in the headquarters of Active Space Technologies in Coimbra Portugal. 2.
