Main responsibilities For our activities in ESTEC, we are currently looking for a Facility Management Administrator that will report to o the Head of the General Support Section and will be responsible for Technical support tasks Daily supervision and monitoring of services including verification of completionordinary execution of outsourced tasks Financial and contractual control of the services provided Support section members on the planning, coordination and execution of evolution activities such as the restaurant and building extensions Dealing with customers for service requests that cannot be directly handled by the individual service contractors Coordinate the sectional activities for the preparation of special events on the ESTEC site Investigating customer feedback and complaints Supporting customer surveys and analysis of their results. Administrative support tasks Setup, facilitate and draft minutes for coordination meetings Review implementation plans and schedules Followup procurement actions. Ideal candidate The candidate should have a Masters degree from a recognised institute of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience Fluent written and spoken English. Personal skills Good and proven organisational skills, Good interpersonal skills. Experience in support to management andor control functions Other skills Experience in Facility Management or Service Management Strong customer focus Good knowledge of basic MS Office software Excel, Word, Power Point, Lotus Notes.
