Main responsibilities The Key Person will be responsible for supporting Microsoft infrastructure solutions and will apply industry accepted best practices related to Microsoft Exchange, Print Server, System Center Operations Manager SCOM, Exchange ActiveSync, Microsoft SQL. The successful candidate will concentrate hisher activities on the following tasks Operate, maintain and monitor Microsoft Exchange File Cluster Print Server FTP Server Active Directory PKI Office Communications Server OCS System Center Operations Manager SCOM Microsoft SQL Cluster Esker Fax Server Windows Servers. Create, update and maintain procedures to operate, maintain and administer the system Provide 2nd level user and technical support Liaise with the external service provider and if necessary escalate 3rd level incidents Contribute to the procurement of information technology services, systems and components by providing specifications and performing price inquiries, as well as act as interface with hardware and software suppliers regarding procurement, warranty and maintenance issues. Additionally, the Key Person should perform the following tasks Monitoring and managing the performance of the relevant team members Distributing tasks and actions and providing directions to the relevant team members for the performance of the service in line with the service requirements Prioritising tasks in coordination with the EUMETSAT technical representative Coordinating the service with other Service Providers as required by the customer Participating in management coordination, technical reviews or progress meetings on a monthly basis or as called by EUMETSAT Delivering progress reports on a monthly basis. Ideal candidate In addition to having a University degree in the engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science or similar domains the key person shall have the following mandatory attributes, skills, and experience Five years of experience in administering Microsoft Exchange File Cluster Print Server Office Communication Server System Center Operations Manager Windows Server 2008 SQL Cluster Active Directory DNS. One year of experience in administering Microsoft Exchange 2013 Windows Server 2012. Ability to plan the work and to cope with tight schedules and multiple tasks. Ability to write technical documentation. The working language for the position is English and therefore the key persons must be able to work effectively in this language. Desirable Skills and Experience Previous experience and knowledge in any of the following areas will be considered an additional asset Knowledge of ITIL Experience with PKI Experience with KEMP Loadmaster. Documentalist Assistant Administrator

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Planning, Management Support and Coordination and with a high degree of autonomy, the postholder responsibilities will include JCB Secreteriat supporting in the overall control, coordination, organisation and monitoring of JCB and other associated meetings and all related tasks ensure consistency and coherence of the layout as well as configuration control of the documents to be submitted to the JCB meetings, JCB workshops and JCBrelated advisory committees. Ensure documents are managed in compliance with relevant QMS procedures and processes. Raise non conformances as required provide internal training of DTIA colleagues contributing to JCB documents act as administrator and first line of support for Delegations and TIA workforce with respect to the JCB repository Sharepoint site. Support further digitisation of the JCB support a close cooperation with the Office managing ecpb and submit TIA documents to be issued on ecpb as required ensure all room documents are registered in the Eclipse tool as well as issued on the JCB repository for Member State access support the document visa process as required, also electronic liaise with initiators to ensure timely availability of JCB related documentation liaise with JCB delegates as required support the logistic preparation of all JCB meetings during the coming years whilst ESA HQ is being renovated. Requirements University degree Bachelor from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or Communications as relevant, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Appropriate skills and specific experience in the following fields are required Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken, knowledge of another official ESA language is an asset. Highly proficient in the use of modern activities and resource management support toolsdatabases of standard office automation support software packages including in particular advance usage of Excel MsOffice and in particular advanced use of Excel. Experience as user of SAP and in particular ECC and SRM modules and familiarity with relevant ESA corporate applications e.g. ESAp is an asset. Specific Tasks Under this work package the contractor shall support the Directorate of Telecommunications Integrated Applications, assigned to the Technologies and Products Division which is located at two ESA sites namely ESTEC and ECSAT. You have experience in controlling andor management of activities and resources in aerospace industry.
