In the Frame of the development of the German subsidiary of CS SI we are looking for an executive assistant MW with a specialization in human resources management. The position is intended to be a full time position based in Griesheim near Darmstadt. The applicant needs to be really motivated in meeting our development project on a startup mode. Mission In close cooperation with the managing director of CS GmbH, you will be responsible for Recruitment activities Development of our recruitment capabilities Sourcing based on customers invitations to tender use of social networks and job boards Qualification of selected profiles Preparation of tenders for selected candidates Driving force to enhance our winratio in supplying our customers. The responsibilities of applicants can be extended to the following tasks depending on profiles and experiences Support to Company management HR Management of CS GmbH employees paid leaves, specific requests Followup of customers and suppliers invoices in contact with the accounting firm Followup of the subsidiarys cash flow in contact with CS SI finance department. Profile The Key Person shall have, as a prerequisite, a university degree in Human Resources management or related subjects, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Fluency in English together with a good command of recruitments in the Space field gained preferably working with ESA or EUMETSAT are mandatory. The working language for the position is English. Nevertheless, a good knowledge of German and or French language would be a distinct advantage. Tasks and Activities Your primary tasks and activities may include Daytoday support to Unit personnel regarding business travel arrangements, leave management, coordination of training. Easy contact with personnel and wellbalanced autonomy in the execution of the requested tasks. Rigor, commitment and reliability in the execution of the assigned tasks.
