Administrative Assistant parttime 141013 Job Description We are a small, innovative and growing software engineering company in the space business. We are looking for someone to support us in administrative tasks. Responsibilities may include Correspondence Preparing invoices Expenses accounting HR administration Office supplies Reception Depending on the persons level and qualifications the tasks and responsibilities can be adapted and extended. The person should be fluent in English and German, both spoken and written, and ideally have some experience in similar jobs. We are flexible concerning the working times, but would initially look at a 50 parttime level. Human Resources Assistant Administrator Key Tasks and Responsibilities In this role you will be working at ESAs European Space Astronomy Centre ESAC. You will have the following responsibilities Administration and monitoring of working time arrangements Administration of staff benefits and allowances Administration of recruitment, reassignment and induction of staff and trainees Administration of removal and relocation activities Research, generation of ad hoc reports and statistics Processing requests for issuing and renewing accreditation cards and special car plates from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Other ad hoc duties and special projects as requested. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Degree in human resources or other relevant subject Ability to interpret and explain ESA rules and procedures Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritise A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to followup Excellent sense of discretion and confidentiality Strong work ethic and flexibility to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment High degree of selfmotivation, energy and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and customer service focus Resourceful and flexible approach to problem solving Experience in Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Lotus Notes Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
