Identity and Access Management Architect

A vacancy for an Identity and Access Management Architect has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Stevenage. You will design Identity and Access Management Architecture for a large organization and will focus on the UK perimeter of Airbus Defense and Space. The successful candidate will be subject to UK National Security Clearance in order to undertake related work in accordance with business needs. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include Designing Identity and Access Management Architecture for a large organization. Describing technical and functional requirements in projects of Identity and Access Management and developing RFI RFP documents. Task planning and effort estimation. Analysing technical and functional requirements. Designing and implementing identity models, management processes and architecture of solutions composing and designing the hardware and software infrastructure. Developing integration and acceptance testing plans. Business Roles modelling. Designing and implementing integration connectors for the provisioning of end systems and data collection from data sources. Designing integration methods for access control and single signon for Web applications, both in unique domain environments and multidomain and federated environments. Designing and implementing authentication mechanisms using Single SignOn in desktop applications. Designing implementation and consolidation of centralized directories of LDAP identities, using both physical and virtual directories. Designing and implementing Public Key Infrastructure PKI with expertise in integration with IT environment. Designing and preparing reports, both operational and management oriented. Expert opinion regarding customer needs, based on previous experience in implementation projects and products from different manufacturers. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Educated to a degree level in Information Technology Information Security. At least basic knowledge in Authentication Authorization Infrastructure. Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, FIM, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol LDAP, Ping Identity, Public Key Infrastructure PKI, CITRIX solution, McAfee suite. Experience in Project Management. Basic knowledge of integration standards SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, SPML, SCIM. Knowledge in other areas within Information Security standards, regulations, SIEM, perimeter and technical security, trade security solutions etc.. A certification would be a plus Microsoft, CISSP, CISA, CISM, ITIL. Good communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English FrenchSpanishGerman skills will be a plus. Within the Processor Systems team, the Software Architect will be responsible for maintaining existing software and developing new software products to control satellite onboard processors.Your main tasks and responsibilities will include Maintenance of PCS Server software used to control the current generation of onboard satellite digital signal processors, which are required to operate continuously for at least 15 years. Development of the software solution to manage the next generation of processors as an integrated software product. This involves close collaboration across all Communication Product teams to specify, architect and implement a solution which meets all system constraints. Support the PCS product line manager in the delivery of the PCS solution, providing technical, costing and schedule inputs and attending multifunctional team meetings. As a Satcoms Technical Architect you would be required to work in a key role in supporting and growing the CGI Space business, and will be intimately engaged in designing and developing solutions as part of both business development and project delivery. You are expected to take a leading role in the detailed design, coding, testing and documentation of projects. Your role will involve Providing consultancy to projects and clients related to satellite communications and networks system design, for satellite operators, service providers and end users of satellite communications services. Supporting the Account Managers in creating new business opportunities for CGI in the satellite communications marketplace Taking a lead technical role in the bidding process for IT systems being procured by satellite operators or service providers. Acting as technical authority and providing expert guidance on satellite communications concepts to project teams in the delivery of these projects. Essential Qualifications You should have A University degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, physical sciences or mathematics. A demonstrable understanding of current satellite communications technologies Significant experience in the telecommunications area, some or all in satellite communications, in a technical design andor systems engineering role preferably with direct experience in IT systems andor networks design. Proven consulting ability to advise senior telecoms customers on future systems design and work with stakeholders to devise new service concepts. You must be able to work in an environment where requirements change often and quickly, and have the ability to assimilate new information rapidly and derive suitable courses of action. You will also need to demonstrate good commercial acumen and business awareness. You should also have strong analytical skills, be selfmotivated and able to tackle technical assignments and problem solving without support from others. You must have strong written and presentation skills, with excellent attention to detail. An ability to anticipate risks and mitigate appropriately is essential. This role is based in Leatherhead and will require full time attendance at our Leatherhead offices. This role includes the opportunity for some occasional international travel to client sites, especially within Europe. Starting salaries depend on the current level of expertise and experience.
